This is Perseverance, more commonly known as Percy. He is the last robot to be built before the devastating COVID-19 stopped all FRC competitions
Percy can pick up and shoot balls from the top of the Power Ports. Percy is also able to climb on the Shield Generator on the Infinite Recharge season 2020.
